I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which is incredibly convenient for shopping and traveling as it's very close to the Sendai Station. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially with our luggage arrangements. However, I found the dining options could improve, as breakfast was decent but not outstanding. Overall, the location is a major plus, but the value for money could be better with some improvements in dining and amenities.
